Against United I can see why, but why are we sitting back against Swansea???? They have moved forward, space created, we're bending over rather than biting their arse!

we're getting pasted this half, we need to hang on to the ball for more than 3 passes

I think it's just the fact that we, on the whole, have players that don't offer much else when our passing game breaks down, which will inevitably happen when players get tired due to constant pressing, coupled with the fact that we don't really have anything different or all that much quality on the bench

Honestly I'm so angry at this mentality we have to sit back against smaller teams. Stop showing them respect and put the game to bed! They're nervy at the back.

We get into great positions and pass backwards. We've done that for years and it has never worked! Just pass forwards ffs! You have more of a chance of finding a pass than Skrtel does! Yet every time he has to play it out of defence, giving the other team time to set up theirs, and we stall. ****ing hell. It's just repetitive at this point because we do it all the time.

Come on guys, a draw wouldn't be a terrible result. More teams will come to Swansea and struggle this season especially as we're the sort of team they like to play against - teams that aren't overly physical and will allow them the chance to pass the ball.

Everyone on here would have taken 10 points from first 12 available and remember keeping the batch of 4 games, then we'd have 2 in the bank for next batch <ok>

Would be happy with 2-2 .. Remember that Spurs only beat then 1-0 at home and that was due to a penalty.

Have no problem with what you say, except we went ahead when all they were trying to do was sit back (usually we can't do that)

Then when they attack instead of capitalising on the space created we sit back ourselves like Stoke....

It's like we learn one lesson and forget another.

A draw is more acceptable now than 45 mins ago.

When Allen, Suarez and Cissokho come back, things will hopefully be different

Its easier said than done. Swansea have a good record at home for a reason. Football isn't as easy as saying "lets attack them and beat them".

I've decided I don't like football anymore. It's too stressful.

Well it's that mentality that leads to draws, then losses, then it's fine because we didn't expect anything anyway.

Yeah I didn't expect 12 out of 12 but 40 minutes ago that was going to happen, we just had to put it to bed. And yet what? We make the mistake we have made time and time again. We sit back.

Say what you want about the points, I'm unhappy at our play which is scrappy at best and defensive. Not the mentality champions such as United or Chelsea have. A draw may be a "good result" in terms of points but it's not a good result in terms of what we could have done at the start of the second half.

Now, I'm very happy with the steps we've made and I know it sounds like I'm expecting too much. But I've seen no creativity this half and that can't happen. Swansea weren't fantastic by any stretch of the imagination, this was 3 points we should have taken.

5 minutes of injury time. We will be lucky to hold out the way we are playing.

I miss Pepe's distribution, for all of Mings acrobatics push aways, I'd still prefer Pepe getting the ball out into play without the lottery of a giant punt.

We haven't learnt because we won the last 3 sitting back in 2nd half. Our luck was bound to eventually end.
