To be fair Skrtel has earned his place. and we need some pace at the back which i why I doubt Skrtel and Toure will play together

I tend to agree as Skrtel played very well against Man Utd but that game was over two weeks ago now too so hardly counts as form IMO. We certainly have the physicality to deal with Bony and Michu <ok>

Kolo on LFC TV - Talking real sense. He really is a quality addition, for a number of reasons. Very, very good signing.

From BBC:

"This is going to be our our year.

It has been an almost annual summer prediction from Liverpool fans since 1990, yearning for a 19th domestic title."

I can't believe they get paid for this. The only people I've heard say "this year will be our year" in the last 10 years is from opposition fans who still think we say it.

Maybe you should look on ja606?

"Right, Swansea fans, Brendan Rodgers was greeted with a pretty even mix of jeers and cheers on his last visit to the Liberty Stadium. How much of the credit does he deserve for the Swans rise to the top flight?

Is he standing on the shoulders of giants? A Roberto Martinez-shaped giant?

Any Liverpool fans want to say that this is indeed their year? Anyone?"

What the **** is with the beeb tonight? <yikes>

Loving listening to Carra & Gnev. Proper footballing discussions rather than media ****e.

Carra telling us that he stopped bothering to speak to Enrique on the pitch because it was pointless as he played a game completely alien to Jamie.

Really good stuff.

Its like lads arguing in the pub, rather than the same old ****e spouted again and again.

There both very good at reading the game and bringing up thing you may have missed off the ball

I'll be here, ready and waiting if he's **** <whistle>

Carra "Full backs are either failed wingers or failed centre backs. No one wants to grow up to be a Gary Neville" <laugh>

Brilliant. MNF is just fantastic. I've got to admit.
