I'm actually quite impressed at the recognition that the "Pardew Out" brigade have given to Pardew for the Villa game. While they are obviously not won over on the evidence of one game, I think everyone of them has commented that today he got his decisions right. Very fair minded, I thought.

Pleased with win and Pards tactics at last giving fans what we want.
HBA has been on fire let's hope he has an injury free season.
Taylor will have had hard time getting back, Mbiwa is class and him and Colo are gelling well.

He's had nothing but praise regarding yesterday's game. As much as people have been critical of him when he's deserved it (which has been a lot over the last 12 months) those same people also give praise when it's due such as yesterday.

I personally think all of the negativity towards him is dying down and there are a few reasons for this:

    A) We all know Kinnear is the alternative
    B) He's been stitched up by the board
    C) He's showing he is at last learning from past mistakes such as not recalling Jonas, Tiote & Taylor at the first opportunity. Playing the ball on the deck etc.

No need to paint our view of him in a negative light when it's not at the moment. In the last two league games he's finally set the team up how we've wanted him to and it's worked. Yesterday he finally had the chance to field our strongest 11 and played his substitutions perfectly.

IMO he's taken the very first steps of his redemption following a largely abysmal performance from him last season (although he wasn't alone in this). A win against Hull and we are flying, if Gouffran's miss had gone in we'd be sitting joint top right now.

Bunch of turncoats, all of them.

Until they concede that Warm Pouch, me and a few others were right all along about St Alan and his managerial genius, subsequently ply us with copious amounts of ale to acknowledge their utter failure to grasp football then they can all bugger off....<laugh>

:D You are clearly missing the tongue in cheek baiting. Me and Jim have plenty of seats on the Pardew love bus.

Serious for one second. The jury is still out and its early days in his tenure as I've always said.

Sounds like it was a good performance. Maybe helps that for the first time in a while we were able to play 11 round pegs in 11 round holes instead of slotting people into a formation they're not comfortable with

Never could understand how people could pass through Newcastle to go down the road and watch them.

4 games in and everyone giving it some Pardew love.

I think there needs to be some balance to the Force, as Baldy and Pouchy are clearly working their Sith magic.

    PARDEW OUT! ;)

Pouchy has a warning system that alerts him to any Pardew knocking, he'll be out looking for you before long.
