Nope, he was praised. Which I agree with, but double fooking standards or what. same when the sky 4 slagged Sunderland's all change policy this year. The next game the discussed was Spurs and they were all in agreement that it will take time to gel etc...
The ref was so one sided yesterday, even my wife noticed and she know's **** all about footy but it was so blatantly obvious he was giving Arsenal everything. They absolutely tortured us in the first half and could have had the game sown up, but that incident would have had us level if the ref did the right thing. We could have strung 5 across the middle and played for the point,instead the game was over. Cheating, dirty, scumbag refs, ****ing hate them.
Some referees are acting on what they are told, the FA & Premier League don't want the likes of Sunderland to do well & play in europe etc, they don't want us to become big names in other countries. Then we have to ask ourselves, if that happened to the home side at Old Trafford, Stamford Bridge, The Emirates, what would have happened?
