    Afternoon gents,

Me and a mate are doing the Anfield tour next month and apparently there's a Shankly exhibition. Has anyone been to see this yet? BUzzing about it all to be honest as I haven't been to Anfield since 97 due to work comittments but this should hopefully be the start of it all again.

Any ideas what we can do around the ground before we head back to the city centre after the tour. Don't want to miss anything with it being so long since I was last there and it's me mates first time ever to the glorious place.

I did the tour with my Dad 2 yrs ago for his 80th. It was good as was the food in the restaurant. My Dad hadn't been to Anfield since the 1950's and he loved it.

You could do a tour of boarded up houses <whistle>

Seriously though...go to Epsteins for a beer and check out what they've done with the Park. Well worth a look. <ok>

Cheers mate, looking forward to taking me mate to have a beer at the park & twelfth man. To be honest, as bad as it may look now, it'll be nice to get some shots before they bulldoze the houses to remember what the area used to look like'ish!

I doubt that pays very well, so maybe he's been saving up for 16 years then.....

Like Artist said, I'll have a couple of minutes to spare after the tour so might have a look at the Everton trophy cabinet across the park. Mind you, I can see as much from here as I would inside your ground...Zilch!
