    He was our best player in our last Premier League season, him getting injured was a major factor in why we got relegated.

    That and the fact that the rest of the team were ****.

    Fools to themselves - in his position he should have looked to a wage cut but building in performance bonuses with Blackpool (after all they are top and playing well)- instead he is likely to end up seeing out his contract at Wolves, OK still on those wages, but his bargaining position once the contract ends will be sevcerely impacted, both by age and the fact that he has spent a whole season in League 1.
