I thought we had a great chance of the CL at the start of the 11/12 season, I don't remember my optimism hitting league winning levels in 2010 though (unless I was dangling a rod like)
Did it bollocks, I never thought we had a serious chance of winning the league. I'll leave delusion on that level to you kopites.
I never said we'd win it, I said we had every right to be in the betting, if you read the thread I said we'd be happy with a European place. We'd finished the previous season with only 2 defeats in our last 24 league games, so we had every right to be optimistic. EDIT: I find trolling of that nature extremely irritating btw
My point was, you have been extremely optimistic, why can't we be? We've had a decent good run, that and the next set of fixtures should give us reason for optimism. I have a good memory, what can I say. You need one being a Liverpool fan.
