Morning all from a dry but overcast West West London - thanks in advance for the frothy AK.

Cheers Fosse - he is real quality and a great find seeing as he did not make it at Wycombe! His passing and movement was a class apart and much better than the dross in Kiev. I ended up watching more of the jock game than that rubbish.

Let's not make too much about our man or some other club will come along offering money.

I wonder if he could be used as a front man more. It has been admitted that we have lacked a bit of Vydra's pace this season, something that he is not lacking, although sometimes (not last night) his shooting seems a bit wayward.

Dry in rural France this morning but showers forecast for later, so better get on outside while I can. ;)

    Something not quite right here.
If it's 15 saturdays to Xmas day (correct ) and 29 to the end of the season, then it follows that there are 14 sats from Xmas day to the end of the season. Xmas day falls on a wednesday and the 14th saturday after then is 30th march. A quick look at the fixture list shows our last game of the season to be against Huddersfield on sat 3rd may.

Rain, mist and 7C. What more do you need for a bad weather day?

    Thanks for the frothy AK...

Morning all from a damp and overcast West West London...rather tired this morning as we went to the "season launch" at The Vic last night. This was last seasons kit sponsers event rolled into a "launch"!! But it was a very interesting evening and the full squad minus the players on international duty and injuries were there along with GFZ, who was absolute quality. A couple of interesting things I picked up..

    - Sean Murray spent 2-3 weeks over the summer taking on extra training at the St. Georges centre. He realised he need to improve his strength, agility and speed - reading between the lines he saw the quality arriving and realised he was getting left behind. A great attitude on his part and I really hope he sticks to this as he has huge potential and he needs to focus on his football and not his social life.
    - Interesting to see some of the players having a small glass of Red Wine with their dinner, especially the Italians and Spanish.
    - Both Little Miss W_Y and I are in love with Cassetti! - he was brilliant. His English is good and he got onto the stage to field questions and was so cool/funny. When asked is if he thought the fans expectations were too high, he said no and said the expectations should be massive - he struggled a bit to explain in English, so GFZ got up and took over. He said that Marco was absolutely right, he has massive expectations for the team and the fans should as well - does not mean that we will have bad days and bad results, but we must continue to strive higher!

Overall it was very good night and showed a very united and strong team.
