    Not a great choice out there and realistically very few would be interested in that job. MON would probably be the best of a bad lot. After Trap he really couldn't do any worse. Can't see any hassle with him being from the north. Our last president was from the north and she was fantastic.

    To my way of thinking, a country's manager should also have been born and bred there as well. Only someone 'local' can truly feel the need and way of the land & people.
    I think Oneil is not only the best choice, he is the only choice. Best of luck to the Irish.

    If that man disappeared off the face of the earth right now I wouldn't as much as miss a heartbeat. Pure sh**ehead. The FAI disgraced themselves by allowing that man to wear our jersey again.

    Surely the side should be managed by a committee consisting of Messrs Giles, Brady & Dunphy as they seem to know everything that is wrong with the side!!!!!!!
