Olssen has pace and Whits isn't slow. I imagine they will cement there places before christmas.

Not too sure re Whittaker's pace - I've seen him beaten a few times, but that's probably something that he'll be working on!!!

Personally I'm very happy with our two full-backs and having Rusty and Garrido in the wings gives us really decent cover. I think that a back five of Ruddy - Whits - Bassong - Turner/Bennett - Olsson is pretty damn good and a singificant step up even from last season bearing in mind that Whits and Ruddy were unavailable for a fair chunk of it. Had we got a player of Aberwald's ability to further fortify CB I would be even happier but I imagine should we have a decent season then one more high grade CB will be high on CH's shopping list.

Whittaker is reasonably quick, but he gets beaten quite a lot when he plays on the left because, being naturally a right back, he turns the wrong way.

tettey was a lot better than anything we had when he first arrived on the scene but injury set him back and he has never recovered his form. he's very energetic and decent in the tackle but it also soon became apparent that the lad was not a good passer and with the way the team is currently set up we need players who can keep the ball. this has always been johnson's downfall but he has been playing extremely well over the last year whereas tettey's form has been up and down. he's still a good player and will be important this season but he is behind johnson in my opinion and light years behind fer who is the real deal. you don't need to be an expert to see his quality!

Would agree with all of that Supers. IMO, Tettey has looked good so far this season, but he's just behind BJ, who seems a good partner for the excellent Fer.
