Lovely graphic from ESPN there, we all needed that.

That's what I play Surgeon Sim 2013 for, thank you ESPN.

I'm still not sold on the offense but our defense is looking good, albeit against a hugely out-of-touch RGIII.

Shutting down the run game does well to make Griffin look uncomfortable. It happened last year, not very often because his read option opened up the running game and therefore the passing game, but with his knee shagged it's a lot more difficult for him.

With his knee shagged everything looks difficult for him. Thought the Redskins were hugely reckless with him in the play-offs last year and they need to be careful now too, he's not setting his feet to throw properly at all and him running is just asking for trouble. I'd suck up a few losses in the first quarter of this season by sprinkling in some Kirk Cousins to make sure they have a healthy RGIII for the future (near future anyway), personally.

Very happy to see a tight-end TD, with Celek/Casey/Ertz we don't necessarily have elite options but very good ones, and we need to utilise them to get more points in the red zone and just add receiving options in general, with Maclin out. If we can do that, I will have genuine hopes we can be a top-5 offense this year.

Well, it's not like playing Cousins would cost them more than Griffin is. Keeping Griffin in the Seahawks game not only ****ed his ACL, but cost them a shot at the game with how badly he was playing. I'm surprised Dr Andrews is happy to leave him in, he's clearly not at 100% and he's already taken a couple of hits.

I watched a fair bit of Ertz at college (for obvious reasons) and I was a big fan. I liked him more than Fleener, but with Fleener being crap, hopefully that doesn't mean Ertz is just a bit better than crap.

    Wholly agreed on RGIII/Cousins.

Fleener really not cracked up to much? Didn't see him much last season but still seeing people talk him up this year, all hype?

Not a fan. Struggled with injuries and inconsistencies last season. People hoped this year would be better when fit, but I'm seeing through it. Was terrible in preseason and terrible against Oakland. Dude's scared of getting hit, can catch when wide open but anywhere near a defender and he cares more about not taking a hit than he does holding onto the ball. Also, he can't (and never has been able to) block. Dwayne Allen on the other hand, is a complete stud. Love him.

    Shady is balling tonight!

Got Allen as a second TE on one of my fantasy leagues, and on that topic how did we forget to do a Not606 fantasy league?

Lot of respect for the big love walrus that is Andy Reid but nice to have a coach that it seems actually wants to use one of the best RBs in the league to the best of his abilities.

The problem with Allen in fantasy is that he's also our best blocker (not even kidding), so we don't let him downfield too often. He's just brilliant, though.

Yeah, I've got Jamaal Charles in a fantasy league and it scares me he's gonna get McCoyed. :(

Or just penalise your way off the field, one of the two.

Dreadful. I'd imagine Redskins fans are squirming right now.

Shocking first half from the Redskins, but props to the Eagles. This offense looks like quite something.

I dunno if we have enough dedicated people who would stick with it for the season. Maybe next year when (hopefully) we have more on board.

Indeed, would probably only be a handful actually maintaining their line-ups through the whole season but the live draft is always fun regardless.

Cary Williams finally gets a pick that isn't because of good work from another one of his corners!

I'm so happy to see Shady no longer being Andy Reided. Dude can really move.

Let's not forget, the Redskins' 7 points are very contentious. It looked forward to me.
