Wow this debate has run and run. Have to say I think all this talk of trying to force him out, hitting him in the pocket or rising up against him with chants etc is pointless in my opinion. He really couldn't give a ****, and has shown many times that he not only looks like a rhino, but has skin like one too. He'll just dig his heels in. The squad is not perfect but its not bad and I think we just have to get with how things are.

 

im pretty sure ..the last time people boycott from buying stuff at the ground etc ..he spat the dummy oot and put the club up for sale ..he didn't like it ..


anyway looks like im a arm chair fan from now on .. I don't support sky tv ..im a satellite installation engineer ..and belive me mr Murdoch gits now t of me ..

I don't miss many matchs even though it maybe a stream type broadcast .. sometimes ( not many)

The fact remains that people who attend SJP or the away games, pay their money and are completely entitled to do what they want.

An internet forum thread is hardly the place to try and tell the Geordie fans what to do.

Perhaps you should campaign outside SJP?

 

I am every bit as interested in our current situation as anyone else. I have spent more than my fair share on home and away games over the years. I am also entitled to say what i want on forums designed for that. As you are. You have plenty to say on most posts, so don't tell me about posting or whether it is the place to air your feelings. The only thing i am against is the continuous negative comments on every forum, given any opportunity. Nothing can be done about which players we signed. It is how it is. We need to get behind the players we do have. By all means have a march and voice your opinions in the street and online. Just not during the game. I am unavoidably away at least half of my life. I miss more important things (arguably) than NUFC games. What i do not worry about is missing continuous bleating, encouraged by those who want to make a name for themselves and are full of their own importance, Steve Wraith etc. I can form my own opinion based on what i see and decide to go or not. The only way i contribute to fat boys coffers is by going to the game and paying high prices for my booze in there. I do not shop at Sd or buy any NUFC merchandise. There is nothing else i can do to effect him without stopping doing that which i love doing. I stop at not supporting the team though.

 

It's absolutely your right to do and say as you please. The only problem being that Mike Ashley realised a long time ago that yours is a popular attitude.
