Cheers Oddy, fingers crossed Al Kazeem does the business, ground isn't ideal but with the 2nd fav being pulled out he has a great chance

4/1 on this Dan Skelton horse in the Stratford bumper is too big to ignore - decent sized win bet <ok>

Free Eagle well and truly got his wings clipped at Leopardstown. If he was just 8/1 for next year’s Epsom Derby beforehand, then Australia (Galileo ex. Ouija Board) must be about 4/1. That would just about sum up the stupidity of the Classic ante post market at this stage: beat the hyped horse and you must be better than its hype.

If that guy was only half as bright as he thinks he is he would be a genius, I am not sure why they employ such people.

What a f*****g bout Fitzy though!! he brings me out in hives.

All the while Matt Chapman sits in a little booth on ATR, get him on Channel four.

Free Eagle ran no sort of race at all! So much for how highly Pat Smullen rates the horse!

Dec of War a NR - getting a bit pissed off with all these non-runners last couple of weeks

I have Kingsbarn at 7-1 but even if he wins I can see big deductions <steam>

Pulled up - par for the course!

The Fugue was a decisive winner of the Irish Champion Stakes, can't see Al Kazeem running in the Arc now!

An excellent performance from The Fugue to beat Al Kazeem in Ireland. I suspect she was well assisted by the fierce gallop set by Trading Leather as the ground was certainly not in her favour.

This does leave questions for the Al Kazeem camp as the race was incident free and he was beaten fair and square. If they go for the Arc they should get their ground but will his chance be depending on a good draw so that he can stay close to the pace?

Hard to see The Fugue lining up on 6 October as she is unlikely to get her ground. I was surprised that she did not get pulled out today but I guess they figured she is not going to get fast ground anywhere in the autumn and they had already travelled.

Something was clearly amiss with Kingsbarns as he was not travelling from a long way out.

since i have some winnings to play up --i am going to invest im Peters Friend in the 8 35 at Wolves-- the horse has been running well enough for the grade- his yard are in good order,at the likely odds he could reward.
