Here's one to have a laugh at later... 4:00 Haydock - Ennistown 13/2 Has won on both visits to this track - 1m heavy and 1m4f good to firm Won't mind if any juice has got into the ground Has a good draw - 11 of 12 Was below par last time but was eased when his chance had gone over 1m 4f Drops down to 1m 2f today and has shown plenty of speed in the past Has ran free in the past but wears blinkers and a hood in the hope they keep him focused For those reasons I shall be placing a wager. I'm looking through the cards for 3 others to put in a Yankee with him.

Here's one to laugh at, Evens and Odds @ 33s in the 3.30 at Haydock. 9 years old, hasn't won in ages, has a terrible win to run ratio and trainer not in great form. However has dropped over 2 stone since last win, has amassed over 100K in win prize money (so must have possessed some ability at some time) , is running over the ideal trip (well the only trip it's ever won at), claimer takes another 5lb off. If this one is ever going to get in the winners enclosure again it has to be today. A few shillings each way. Good luck all.
Today's offering from the kitchen was 2 fried eggs on toast with a spicy tomato sauce... It was ok... Shouldn't blame the chef, it was me who made it...
