After 732 races, 8 WCCs, 12 WDCs, 182 wins, 155 pole positions, 152 fastest laps and many many more accolades in other sports and automotive categories McLaren will hit the big 5-0 at next weeks Italian GP (In their rivals back yard no less).

What has been their greatest moments?

Will they pull off something special for this race?

What does the future hold for them?

 

Has to be their 1988 season.

15 Poles, 15 Race wins from just a 16 race season.

If it weren't for the pesky Ferrari's locking out Silverstone front row and fluking a 1-2 in Italy, it would have been total domination.

Never realised it had its design concept from the ill-fated Brabham BT55 which claimed the life of Elio de Angelis in 1986.

a bit disappointing they only have a small badge on the nose to celebrate 50 years of heritage..

 

Agreed, should have gone old school Orange for at least one race!
