That was later delayed with the agreement of Whyte, pending the disclosure of more details about the buyout to shareholders, information that is due on or before 6 June.


Whyte did clear the debt... Oh wait a minute!
"Wavetower is purchasing MHL's 85% shareholding in the club for £1 and the club's indebedness with LBG is to be assigned to Wavetower."

No mention of clearing the debt there, I'm sure Whyte & Ellis are the real deal...
