Lady Ben is at a private school, she's been off since July 5th. Only been back 3 days & she's tired, poor soul. Never mind in 7 weeks she's off for another 2. It's all go.
He's been examined by someone called Richard Steadman today, who I'm told by the same ITK source is some kind of top quality physio. We should find out by Friday if he's ok.
Aluko will be back in training next week and will be available for Cardiff. Gedo's not far off either, maybe a start against the Udders? http://www.thisishullandeastriding.co.uk/story-19761574-detail/story.html?#axzz2e5ibtvjb
I think doing it just before the International Break was just about the best scenario we could have hoped for, as it gives him an extra week to rest it no matter what. Quinn came back and seemed fine against City, so I'd hopefully trust our medical staff not to press him to play if he isn't fit.
Aluko is supposed to be ok and should be fit for the Cardiff City game next saturday radio humberside have reported. Good news so same team as Manchester City it is then subject to fitness.
Yes, it's an ideal test for Geddo but I think Sagbo might well be protected. Bruces reaction to his 3 game ban was such that he obviously pins great expectation on Sagbo given we have a paper thin squad, particularly up front, I don't think he will be risked.
Great news that Aluko is going to be fit, if Graham can continue his improvement seen in the Man City game, they could develop a good partnership together.
The best Sagbo should expect IMO after next saturday when his 3 game ban ends is a place on the bench @ Newcastle. Sagbo needs a game and the Udders is the perfect game for him to start. It could be a good partnership actually. Twt as always.
worryingly hamstring injuries have a habit of reoccuring unless your very careful. If Aluko`s was a pull I suspect we will be ultra careful and possibly leave him on the bench for the Cardiff game, my concerns are always raised re hamstrings seeing the way it ruined Owen.
or come off the bench for the last 30 against a tiring defence, we`ll see should be an interesting choice, as long as he is as suggested 100% fit
The Fail says he's OK, too: http://www.thisishullandeastriding.co.uk/story-19761574-detail/story.html?#axzz2e72BzJGR
