I think if we are going to Sell Nasri and Fabregas we better do it now.

I've had enough of them being bigger than the club. Nasri can **** off to wherever he wants, Fabregas the same.

I would estimate Nasri to United for £18m and Fabregas to City for £50m, if both transfers happened.

That would leave us with Wilshere and Rambo in the middle. Granted, that's probably not enough, but I'm sure we could sign a CM for less than £68m!

I firmly believe Wilshere is ready. He is one of the few footballers at Arsenal, England and the Prem who is fully passionate about the game, and he can be the driving force behind a trophy winning season, if the dicks just go away.

Van Persie has scored 18 goals since January. One more decent Striker and we're set there.

A winger to replace the ageing Arshavin would be ideal.

A centre Back would be great.

And a left-back to replace Clichy.

My point is: Instead of having all this uncertainty about 'Will he won't he' and being held to Ransom, why don't we just make the most of these two players while we can before they both leave on Frees?!

You need more than one striker, if you're just relying on RVP. He did well this season to only be injured about a third of it.

RVP is a quality striker, too bad he spends more time on the treatment table though.

nasri won't go for 18m with one year left on his contract. 10m would be fantastic, anything approaching 8m would be good business.

fabregas is contracted for another 3 years. he's got a while before he leaves on a free. if barca stump up the cash, he'll leave, simple as. but wenger will not sell him below his value, and why should he? he still has 3 years to go on his contract.

the major problem with the squad is not the "first team." it's inadequate backup - the denilson's, rosicky's in the team. selling 2 1st team players and promoting youth doesn't make that problem go away. keeping the best players, cutting the dead-wood, and bringing in better players should be the process.

I think one will go, I would prefer Fabregas because Nasri did well in his role while he was injured and Fabregas is going to go sooner or later so lets just let him go.

he can only go if they'll pay the price lady!! Arsenal can't sell him for peanuts. Nasri is starting to grate on me a bit - i held him in such high esteem as he seemed to love the club. i thought i could see his halo, halo halo...

I know, I am disappointed in Nasri. Will the Cult of Nasri survive this?

does it still exist!? eboue seems to have faltered, nasri has tarnished his reputation, as did Fabregas last year, and Ade the year before that. Arsenal need a new hero.

Ryo? he's abstract. Wilshere obviously, but he's no saint. Ramsey? Vermaelen? the people need a hero.

Whoelse thinks that Nasri is trying to do a Rooney?? Plus the trophy drought at arsenal hasnt helped matters and he knows he will get a better deeal at another club if arsenal doesnt meet his wage demands..IDIOT !!

Nasri is a quality player and can only get better but he just hasnt justified his wage demands in anyway, at least not yet. so if he wants to join the mancs or real madrid which i guess will be his prefered destination, let him go as long his buying club meets his valuation price.

The only problem i forsee is that we will be going backwards by selling our best players and have to REBUILD again!!

RvP definitely wants to stay. Wilshere will stay, Cesc should be staying too. Nasri can go if someone outside of the Premiership meets a 10m valuation in my opinion.

Thing is we are much more likely to get money for Nasri than Fabregas as Barcelona are using their funds to buy other players. If we get 10 million for Nasri maybe and spend it on someone good then I would be happy with that.

I'd be pretty happy if Nasri went and N'Zogbia came in to be honest.

N'zogbia is overrated. Don't get all the hype.

We need to keep our best players and buy very good players to replace the dross like Rosicky, Arshavin etc.

He's short, has only scored 27 goals in 246 appearances. Not a huge number of assists either. ~ 1 in 9

    Compare that to:

Ljungberg 46 goals in 216 appearances for Arsenal. ~1 in 5
    Pires 62 goals in 189 appearances. ~ 1 in 3
    Overmars 25 goals in 101 appearances ~ 1 in 4
    Nasri 18 goals in 84 appearances ~ 1 in 4.5

    See the difference?

    & he's 25.
