6 attacking mids for 3 positions, 3 strikers for 1 position. How is that not balanced? That's strength in depth like we had first time jose was here. When RVP gets the injury he is due to have you'll be ****ed where as we have quality in reserve.
I've noticed that all the manu fans are getting more aggressive as the days go by and the fact they have Moyes slowly sinks in. They'll need extra staff for the Samaritans London Hotline in another couple of weeks. http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2013/sep/03/manchester-united-david-moyes-transfer-window
It's still not sinking in they can't attract marquee players. Chelsea, City and even now Arsenal/Spurs are more attractive for top talent to join. Had Moyes been in charge last year, RVP would have gone to City.
Must be hard for them, most only support United cos they win things and now that is looking harder to do, they are worried.
Yeah great work. Your faith in the gutter press is impressive. Real clever comment about rape by the way even though he was never convicted let alone charged with the offence. Class but I never expected anything better tbh.
Interesting statement, which team have you seen play this season that look like they could make it harder?
Was Fergie a great manager? Either he was or he can easily be replaced by someone who has won nothing. If it is the former, you'll have a harder task of winning things. Can't have it both ways.
This is what is baffling me about Man Utd fans. They say Fergie is a legend, best manager ever etc, which I am not arguing with. BUT, managers like him are few and far between, so they cannot realistically expect David Moyes to come in and keep up the same level of domination they experienced under Sir Alex. Im not saying they wont win anything now, on the contrary, they are still a huge club with great players so will win trophies. But I seriously doubt they will win another 13 titles in the next 20 years.
Exactly. For me Fergie (and Ronaldo during his time there) was often the difference between winning titles and not. They are now pretty much in the same boat as the likes of us and City now (maybe Arsenal in the near future too). They can't outspend such teams, they don't have a brilliant manager and their youth products have been average for a long time. Their squad is good but unspectacular and they don't have Fergie to get the best out of your Parks, OShea's, Fletchers etc. They are a great club and will still win things, but i'd be shocked if they won more than a title every 3 years on average for the forseeable; unless FFP has a different impact than I'm expecting.
