Wenger does'nt see it that way. He seems to think the young Englishman can develop into a World Class midfielder If he stays fit and gets a good run in the team. (I happen to agree with him too) Wenger will play him to make sure he developes correctly. Just look at Walcott he was a team regular even when his contribution was inconstant (same with Fabregas). Now we are starting to see the benefit of this with Walcott getting 21 Goals and 10 assists last Season. The same will happen to Wilshere who has considerably greater potential.
I think if him and Ramsey both get a proper run in the team without injuries then Wilshere will be the better player but know who's if we'll ever get to see that happen
Some familiar names on here, and a few more of our old boys!! http://www.footballtransferleague.co.uk/football_club.aspx?football_club=Unattached
Oh yes I agree, I see a world class player in Jack as well. I just think on current form you cannot drop Rambo, plus I've always been of the opinion that Rambo will grow in to a better player than Wilshere. The strength in our midfield is immense, we are lucky to have such a wealth of talent in the middle of the park. Maybe Wenger will carry on with Ramsey/Wilshere and Arteta/Rosicky/Flamini will be on the bench.
Rumours going round that RVP is not happy at Utd since the departure of SAF. He doesn't rate Moyes, doesn't like his training techniques and you could see in his last couple of games he is highly frustrated. If they drop away from the title race before January i think we should try and sign him back to Arsenal.
Despite the cloud over his departure, I would welcome him back to be honest. We shouldn't let pride stop us from getting his best years, after all, we invested a lot of years in him before he reached his potential.
I reckon he would come back to us in a flash but Manure would never sanction it. It would take a Balotelli/Tevez level of strop to make them sell and that to a team abroad!
He would never come back, more chance of us resigning Petit. If there was any truth in those rumours he would go abroad
I recon he would come back to us. Getting a bid accepted would be more difficult... How long of a contract was he given when he signed for them?
He left to win trophies and after one season he already won more than he did in his whole time at Arsenal, why would he then decide to come back?
We are clearly showing intent now. You think RVP didn't think, what if Ozil came when I was still at Arsenal. I reckon if we did this when RVP was stil with us, then he would probably stay.
There is no way RVP will come back to Arsenal. If he does I promise to vote Tory at the next council,European Parliament,Welsh Assenbly and general elections. That is how confident I am
You ****s are really starting to push your ****ing luck Did you know I live as far away from Cardiff as I do London
**** RVP. Think it's a shame we missed out on David Villa for the price he could have been a useful addition. I'm predicting Real Madrid are going to have a poor Season. Wenger should try and nab Benzema in January while the moral is low.
The morale thing is why i brought up RVP. If he doesn't like playing for Moyes and Utd are sitting around 4th or lower at christmas and we came in with a bid i could see him wanting to come back. He has a league title now so the fear of ending his career without it is gone. I agree if Benzema is in that sort of situation in January we should go for him as well, same with Suarez and Rooney. Villa i think wanted to go back to A. Madrid. If he was going to come to the premiership i think it would have been in January.
And i'm not writing Utd off, they could well be sitting in first at christmas (though i cant see them bettering city or chelsea). I just think there is a chance that things won't go as well as usual for them this season. It was always going to be a bumpy ride getting rid of Ferguson and with only Fellaini comming in i could possibly see a scenario where a top player or two of theres have there heads turned.
