Pardew is right to commend Kinnear because nobody else has congratulated him on being the best f*cking hide and seek champion on the planet.

Pardew today. Unreal. We will be hearing his true thoughts in mid-October when squad depth becomes a deciding factor in a string of losses. Also looks like 442 for the most part, with Remy partnering Cissé. That leaves room for Jonas at LW, hooray!

If I was Pards I would direct all queries regarding the transfer window to Joe. Surely part of his remit as chief recruiter is to deal with the aftermath? He was quick enough to position himself alongside Remy, he should deal with the other side of the coin. Of course we'll now have the pointed questions from journos trying to stoke the Pards/Joe division fire. Then Joe will pour a little of his 100 proof whiskey on for good measure.

    Same ****, different summer window.

It would be nice if Pards could just say what he really feels. Obvious it would be grounds for the chop if he did, I suppose he has no choice but to go along with the charade. I literally think there would be no takers if the job became available. No manager worth his salt would take on the stress and humiliation. I'm more certain than ever that only Joe will follow Pards. No thanks.

    What Pards should say is:

'Joe is a total joke and any remaining credibility at this club vanished when he was appointed. We never even tried seriously for a player but instead spouted off all the crap we thought you thick fans would swallow... any many of you did. I have less depth than last year and we are totally screwed if we get an injury. I'll now be forced to big up some of the poor players we have to try to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear (he wouldn't sign for us either). I'm going to stay here because I'll not get a job like this in a long while and the fact that I have a long contract means fatty will not have the balls to sack me. Anyway let's see what this year brings, we'll have a go in most games and hopefully I'll be able to stumble on a decent formation at some point'.

He won't say that, because he would probably get sacked, mans not like Keegan who would have walked/threatened to walk over this.
