QPR midfield roster: Barton, Henry, Diakite, Carroll, Krancjar, Faurlin, Jenas, Hoilett, Phillips, SWP, O'Neill, potentially Traore. Bad news for some of them, presumably some loan outs to come. Surely a five man midfield with this lot?
I like all these loans and one year contracts for the older players. A team for a single purpose, promotion this year, without mortgaging the future. And it means we can have all this fun again next year.
After all the flak he's got, Redknapp has made some astute signings. Needed a CB and CF, but there's alway January. Looking forward to the rest of the season.

This is driven by money mate - its TF and Beard controlling the purse strings properly at last. I'm sure Harold has splashed all the cash available on Austin and Phillips and was told its loans or nowt, unless we can flog some of the others. To his credit he has got some good ones in. The finances must look a lot better now than in June. Why would I give Harold a sugar substitute? He's a sweet old geezer already.
