With SAF leaving, it was always going to be a tough act for Moyes, but alex relied on the professionalism of David Gill. He has now been replaced with an inneficient amateur in Ed Woodward who to date had huffed, puffed and got nowhere. Please add to this petition of you agree he needs sacking with immediate effect.
He's not there to learn. People in his position get paid millions to do their job. He's failed in my eyes.
I can't argue with that at all but i don't see how sacking him could benefit especially if he now avoids similar mistakes in the future
The reason your paid millions is because your there to to the job properly and professionally. Its why work experience attracts peanuts, which in my opinion is all Woodward is worth. He flew home early to sign Fabrigas, failed miserably. then missed out on Ozil, Modric, Baines, Mata, etc etc. If that had been Gill in charge, all would have been done and dusted weeks ago. For goodness sake, sack him now and prepare for January.
I understand where you're coming from Style, but his job is to bring the players in to help the team win. Failure to do so can have a major influence on where we end up at the end of the year. Which then impacts the money we'll make through participating in the later stages of the CL, FA Cup ect. Like Ruff said, when you get paid the amount of money Woodward gets paid, you don't get to learn from your mistakes. He's been elected to handle all of our transfers, and did a terrible job and minus the last 30 minutes of the window had signed absolutely **** all.
Though SAF and Gill have changed their roles at Utd and have little influence, I'm sure they're furious at Woodward. But interestingly they are also on the board. Time for a board meeting I think.
A Star Wars meme. You showed him! Tobes No offense but everytime I see your posts it reminds me of this debacle of a transfer window, stop rubbing our noses in it with your mere presence Tobes
