I don't have Sky so haven't seen this year's coverage but hasn't it been like this for years? They seem to love the "I can CONFIRM Chelsea have signed..." moment in front of cheering fans. With all the permits and permissions you'd need, plus the cost of 20 little studios, I think having one outside each club would be very expensive and a lot of hassle if it was even possible.
