Not606 is finally back to to the great days we shared on SPN before the war. I had a wee look in at your new gaff and I have to say I was well impressed, it's spotless, you'd put Aggie and Kim to shame. Everything's just so neat and tidy, the gardens are beautiful, the whole place is ship-shape and bristol fashion. But that's just it, isn't it? It's all a wee bit too nicey nicey and much as I enjoyed catching up with a few old faces I found myself gasping for some fresh air. It felt a bit like visiting the in-laws, everyone was so nice but after ten minutes or so the conversation felt strained and I couldn't wait to get away, know what I mean? This place?... Rough as a tramps dug at times but that's the great thing about it.....It's biggest strength. It's what it was intended to be from the outset - a no-holds barred forum for guys that love their fitba, can take a good slaggin and enjoy a good laugh no matter what side of the divide they're on. Mods? We've proved we don't need them, place runs like a well oiled machine. And I was right all along about having just the one board though I'm sure Frank will disagree (doesn't he always - guy's a ****) In here it's like a big pot of yer Maws home made stew, just throw the lot in, gie it a good stir, serve it up and get tore in. So I suppose what I'm saying here is our door is always open, I know a few of you do a bit of lurking and some are already here under a different name. Just take a deep breath, shut yer eyes, hawd yer nose and jump right in.... the wattars luvvly. Dissertation Dave, Pud and Johnbhoy use both forums and there's nothing to stop you from doing the same. From a purely personal point of view I'd love to see Gambol, Dev (even though his jokes are diabolical) ER, Admiral, Garnghad,TNE, Rangersboy and McFud back here, well we need someone to rip the piss out of unless derrycitybhoy wants to return. (is he still batterin his neighbours) Only kiddin Ace, you were one of the best guys on here till you got promoted........ twice. I know Jacky the Alkie's moved on so there's no point in asking him back, in fairness the man did a fine job on the Celtic Board on SPN I'm told Henry's making a right **** of the Tic board over there - let's just call him CyberPete If your name's not there it's because I don't like you....Mickey, Dubz, Fred and Rose, BettyBoot, and SJ or is it Jaq now?
