He did...I just read it. Interview in the Guardian. Oh well...APART from him. I still don't think Harry would go near him if he didn't think he'd get something out of him. Time will tell.
Just seen the interview in the guardian in 2010 where he said that: http://www.theguardian.com/football/2010/may/01/benoit-assou-ekotto-tottenham-hotspur
Ekotto is a very good left back and as long as he doesn't do a Boswanker he will make our back 4 much stronger imo.
Ive never seen him just stroll about taking the piss like the other twat did, he always seemed to give his all when he did play. You have to worry that hes taking a step down because he thinks he can coast along playing at 70% and still be one of the best players on the pitch though.
The SSN Harlington correspondent is up next. Why aren't they giving other Championship clubs a similar level of coverage?
This is the same Ekotto that Mackie ran rings around at LR was it last season or 2 seasons ago that he had to be taken off.......mmmm jury out on this one at the moment, depends on how he adapts to life in Championship........
Here's my colleague and QPR watcher Michael Hann on why a Selhurst Park return for Andrew Johnson is unlikley: "Can't see Arry letting him go. Not only is he a t'riffic lad, he's also one of only three first team strikers at QPR, and one of the others is Bobby Zamora, who's visibly struggling with even walking on to the pitch because of a hip injury that needs surgery."
