vaz te? little bit out of left field. can see the logic behind it though and agree with rob. could be useful to bring on last ten minutes when defences are tiring. i certainly wouldn't be against it
Seen the Shane Long one. I rate him but too similar to Hooper (and I reckon Hooper has more potential)
Every time I've seen Vaz Te play he misses some sitters, not keen on loaning players from clubs like West Ham it's hardly like anyone in their squad is going to be a step up for us.
I really rated Vaz Te at Middlesborough, I think he's gone a bit backwards since then, but if CH wants him, I'll give him a go!
I saw him when West Ham played us last season and liked him, spoke to one of their fans after and he said he had an off day, maybe he is plays a bit hot and cold. From what I saw he was a Benno type player.
BBC reporting deal for Vaz Te won't happen as we want a season long loan but Wet Sham want a permanent deal
That's fair enough in my eyes. I'd only be down for a loan as cover. Perm is a bit much as Benno will be back.
Lukaku is like a mid-table king-maker! Don't understand why Mourihno wouldn't want him at Chelsea. He's Drogba reincarnated.
Problem is will Bennett recover fully from his knee surgery? Very often players loose half a yard of pace or hold a bit back from heavey challenges, maybe vaz Te would be a decent replacement ?
Knees are very dodgey things but we will have time in jan/next summer for a more permanent replacement if it comes to that.
Really - How about this one then??? "WIGAN LATEST - BBC Sport's Luke Reddy reports: "Dave Whelan has just told me Wigan have agreed a deal to take Manchester United's Nick Powell on a season-long loan."
