The ****ing ignorance of some people on here is unbelieveable. Scottish students don't go to university "for free". They are paid for by the Scottish Government. How? Because it would rather spend money educating our people than spending £12bn on the ****ing Olympics like the English/Westminster government is doing. The Scottish and English education systems are separate institutions. English students having to pay up to £9k to attend has **** all to do with Scotland. Ditto the NHS. Scottish people are not being "treated" with English money. If your government with it's ****ing cyclical Labour/Tory administration to spend billions on projects in London (ONE BILLION for new MP offices for example) then that has **** all to do with Scotland other than we are paying taxes towards these ****ing projects. So give it a rest with your poor old England getting a raw ****ing. It's absolute bullshit.

You are right of course when you say that the Scottish government has simply made choices which has included a free university education for it`s young people, but the reason it can afford to do so is because Scotland in comparison to England is awash with public money.I don`t expect a subsidy junkie Scot like yourself to understand simple economics, but it is a simple truth that if one part of the UK receives a disporportionately larger 'slice of the cake' then it has to be to the detriment of the other nations and regions that make up the UK. As regards the funding of "projects" in and around London, there is one way you can absolve yourself of the responsibility of course and vote for independance.....but seeing as only one third of Scot`s want that, it`s important that you pay your dues, we are still a United Kingdom after all! as far as anybody outside the UK is concerned, Scotland is in England. When the Jocks do get their independence all Scots living in England will be repatriated to Scotland and Jocks will need passports and a 3 month visitors visas to enter the United Kingdom. Is this what you Jocks really want?
