    Down to the inexperience of Woodward. Moyes also isn't used to having money to spend. Tobes, the resident Everton fan, said Moyes always dawdled in the window at Everton so it's nothing new for him. Back when Gill was running the show we had are signings done quickly and quietly. We also got whomever we were genuinely interested in.
