In the last 2 seasons combined he is our top goal scorer with 15 goals, also top provider with 12 assists.

I think that says a hell of alot more about us than him. You do know that's only 15 goals.

Club really should just tell West Brom to **** off. If they know they can sell to a Qatari team they should spend that money now

Yes i wholeheartedly agree with this thread. Sess is the best player at the club. Even on one of his off days he is still one of our top 3 performers. Getting rid to bring in Borini seems crazy to me and i can only pray that come midnight he is still our player.

I dont really care about his behaviour last week. Whilst i cannot condone what he has done we are a premiership football team and for me private lives should be exactly that PRIVATE. This isnt some school football team where your best player got detention so he doesnt play the next game this is the premiership for ****s sake.

It does but considering hes an attacking midfielder its not bad, Spurs just spent £30M on Lamela who has worse stats.

maybe these people who want rid of sess think the other players are performing well and giving us something to shout about the fact is it is sess that is giving us something to shout about.

You do know it's only 15 goals don't you? For someone who's played as a forward for 90% of the last two years I'd say it's a bit pap. Love him mate, he dazzles me. But he's just as inconsistent as the rest. And for a lot more money than most.

He doesnt play as a forward though, attacking midfielder as part of a 4-5-1 which means 90% of his season is spent running across midfield closing down every other team in the league.

He also played on the wing for 5 games back end of last season scoring 2 goals, scored more on the wing than Graham and Wickham did playing up front, they are the reason we were ****e not Sess.

15 goals accounts for about 35% of our total mate so in reality its a lot.

Unreal man, those stats dont include games where he played like this and didnt rack up up a goal or assist.

Theres still a player inside him that PDC can utilise provided we keep him.

I agree mate. He's still massively under performed in his time here when you think what he's capable of. Nearly all of them have under performed. Not one of them could complain if they were sold apart from Fletch and maybe Colback (who won't sign a contract).

He's a better looking turd then the other turds. I don't think it's much to shout about.

I'm so back and forth on Sess it's unbelievable. Not fussed about him going. I want at least 7.5m and him to be sold abroad or I'll have gripe.

I think Sess and Fletcher would be great for us, god I hope Sess stays, even 1 or 2 good games in 6 would be better than none at all.

The thing that worries me is that he could still leave to Qatar as their window is open after ours, then we cant replace him, Gyan all over again.

His value probably is about 5/6 million for a 29 year old but his value to Sunderland is worth double that.

Sess has one contract left in him.

He is too inconsistent to build a team around.

When he plays well I drool, but sadly, that doesnt happen enough.

Of course he has the quality but he doesnt utilise it enough.

I would much prefer someone who is consistently good rather than inconsistently amazing

I don't want him to go, but its hardly world-class stats, is it?

On his day he can be great, but far too often for my liking he looks like he doesn't give a ****...If he is determined to leave, then I say sell him, because he seems the type that will spit his dummy out if we don't..

Yes but Sunderland aren't world class haha neither are our players so to expect any better is wrong.

Are the new guys better than Sess's stats? Our whole survival seems to be banking on it.
