I reckon the LB will be coentrao. I also have a feeling that our interest in Tom Ince could just be a smokescreen after the other signings we've made. It makes next to no sense, unless of course, he's a direct replacement for Lennon...
i don't get it though. Is he better than what we have, or the potential we have? just seems like a waste of money.
I don't see the point in getting Ince, even if we loaned him out to bring him back next season, I still don't see where he'd fit in with the players we have.
Which is fine, we get that, but a lot of us here like to talk about the nuts and bolts of the team today. These new signings caught the eye of the people who bought them for a reason, its now for us to see for ourselves, and at the moment there are plenty of issues. Discussing them does not make anyone negative, what is wrong with talking about what could go wrong aswell as what could go right? I'm sure some QPR fans at the start of last season thought their money was definetly not wasted. Extreme, but it can happen. As you like to make sweeping 'everyone' statements here's one for you. Everyone who said we would be title challengers, why are they agreeing the team needs time to settle? while the team settles, results will be indifferent, how do you make a title challenge based on that? No, those that typed it out here must have thought we'd hit the ground running, 4'1/2hrs with no goal in open play being an interesting tactic to achieve that, that hadn't crossed my mind. Two 21 yr olds that have'nt played here being asked to correct that from leagues inferior to the PL also seems a subject worthy of talk, not all I agree, some like to dream. I have to say I wasn't ready for such an overhaul in one window, I'm surprised at the scale of it, and the possibility of losing ground on 4 clubs while we sort ourselves out is very real.
It's a low risk, money making venture... if all the hype about him is true. That's the only thing that would make sense to me.
sky saying that Ince will stay at Blackpool. I hope so. Rumours re Hulk are that it'll be a loan deal, if anything. £10m loan fee apparently! ermmm.... no thanks.
