For their sake I wish they would find permanent moves. Sharp and Lee should find good NPC clubs, Barnard Forte and Martin could get into a good L1 club. Disappointed we didn't get to see more of Lee, from his brief spell when he was fit he looked good.
I wish they would as well, it would be better for them and for the club but I think as many others have mentioned before the wages cause problems and loans where the other clubs contribute a % of the salary seems more likely. Better than nothign I suppose. Sharp is the exception I suppose, every Championship club should want him on their books.
Garath McCleary is being linked to "several PL clubs". Right now I wouldn't want him, as there as many, many better wide men out there. But if we haven't signed a wide man in 12 hours time, then I'd accept us taking a punt.

Not strictly Saints or deadline day related but Danny Butterfield has left Carlisle after signing on non-contract terms.
And by all accounts, that now frees up Borini to join Sunderland on loan. Can't decide if I rate Borini as a PL player or not (certainly not Liverpool quality though).
