How ironic it is that you have opened thread calling all Geordies stupid based upon one article you've read about Wikipedia. Now that is stupid. Toby, why don't you engage your brain before posting. Your ignorance, along with the other posters on this thread, is bewildering. You're basically no different to the thicko minority who held up the "cockney mafia" at our ground. Nice to see the north/south divide is alive and well, thriving under the stupidity of a minority on both sides. I think spending your time changing Wiki is a bit simple, but you do realise that there'll be someone living very close to you, will have done exactly the same thing.

To be honest this has to be one of the stupiest threads I've read on any message board thread. Toby makes a sweeping statement that all Geordies are stupid because a couple posters decided to make some daft changes to Wikipedia (like that's never been done before by other football supporters) and get's upset because people keep repping each other on a site which has a rep feature. Yeah I can see about the rep thing, I couldn't give a toss about it. And the changes to Wikipedia lighten up FFS, it's not like it's some sacred website. It was meant as a bit of fun wich plenty of other people have done before. To sterotype everyone from Newcastle or supporter of NUFC is just childish and idiotic, if you don't like what people are saying or doing on the NUFC pages. Keep off them.
I think it is fairly harsh for you to stereotype all geordies becuase of a few daft lads, you are right in saying that there is high activity on our boards but 9 out of 10 times they are genuine threads. Agreed there are a few idiots, but as a ratio to people on our boards compared to other clubs I would imagine their is little difference. Dont tar us all with the same brush.

I've just looked at 3 posts above, from lads who weren't involved at all last night, all making good points, all inviting you to engage in a bit of a conversation and you completely ignore them and choose to focus on either Shameless, who's Newcastle hating rants are as virile as they are expected and EDGE who is as famous for taking the piss as Dom Jolly. I, as one of the 'daft lads who messed with wikipedia' made a number of points last night which you ignored, instead focussing on the 'irritating' ones that suggested you had lost your argument...surely that tells you something?

The only thing I haven't said anything about is making a generalisation. Of course there'll be a dozen of you that don't fit into the description I gave, but at least 95% do, so I'm allowing myself to generalise.
