I never answered before now because believe it or not I need my beauty sleep (lots of it as you'll find out today) I'll be wearing something not too formal and a red rose in my lapel , now all I need is a clock to stand under to complete the image.I'll just head for the bar
Again have some advice , '' The better that you feel about yourself, the less you feel the need to show off ''. Now practice what you preach ! Oh sorry another possibly religious activity whoops naughty me !
If we play like we did in Romania we'll lose this. If our players give the ball away and are incapable of stringing together some accurate passes we will be in trouble. However, our team is more than capable of doing both, so let's hope. I'm pretty certain praying won't help.
A tough game for you guys today but I believe you can come away with a point if not three. The baggies have now found the net in the Capital One Cup and will hope to continue the goals against you guys to get their first points of the season. If you can get your passing game together there is no reason you cannot get the away point so up and at em!
TBH I think we've been rumbled. Weaker teams now know they can rattle us if the get 'stuck in', and if we have referees who allow - it we've had it. While individuals are (or may think they are) super skilful they are not moving off the ball to create opportunities for passes. Too often I've seen players in possession having to wave at team mates to move because there were no simple passing options, too often players get forward with the ball then have no one to pass to because the midfield is still in yawn mode; too often have I seen Routledge, Michu, Dyer, Rangel, Ben, Ash and Leon frustrated at having no passing option so they either waste / lose possession or hoof the ball on a hopeful 40 yard journey in the vague direction of a colleague.
I'm going with a 2-1 win to the mighty Swans, but it will be a tough game, though I'm sure our boys will click into shape today, we need to hit the ground running, and our season starts today!............. Keep the faith lads, even you non believers!................
"I think we've been rumbled" I share your view,Bob,and I fear for the rest of the season. Hope I'm wrong, naturally.
