I thought Graham had a good game yesterday. did everything asked of him. Unlucky with the offside goal and a good effort on the turn second half and he should certainly lead the line for us from now on. He needs to be playing against the Stokes, Cardiffs etc and then he will hopefully be banging the goals in. Unless we sign ???????

Realistically people going on about Jordan Rhodes. Seems highly unlikely. Who else is there? If we can get rid of Prossy, Mclean and Fryatt then we need to sign someone, possibly two forwards.

    Odemwingie? Rodallega? Any others?

I would go for Odemwingie, as he is a proven goalscorer.

Odemwingie for me but what about Carlton cole, considering he was going here there and everywhere I don't think he's actually got a club

Bendtner seems Brucie's main target but could depend on Bale to Real, Benzema to Arsenal etc..

I'd like to see us go for Odemwingie but anyone who can improve what we already have up front will be welcome. Would love Rhodes to come but I think he'll be too pricey for us.

Or make a cheeky £2.5m bid for Graham (I think he'll be fine) and then get someone like Defoe on loan.......

I like him but I don't like his attitude and we don't need the good all round spirit that's there seems to be within the squad upsetting by someone with that sort of attitude.

The fact Odemwingie has baggage is the only reason we might be able to afford him. That's the position were in,we can't afford that proven premier goal scorer we all crave, unless there is some sort of risk.

I was one of DG's biggest critics prior to yesterdays match, but he played well and should have at least got a goal. Hopefully he can carry on.

Just watched MOTD Savage may have praised us but to say we dont have strikers is bollocks. Aluko missed a great chance and Graham was offside. As well as we played we didnt create many/any other chances.
Graham will come good, got a decent scoring record. We just need to create more for him.

Cos he didnt give us anything in the Chelsea or Norwich matches. Not goals, but overall game play. He didnt hurry and hassle the opposition half as much as he did yesterday, as if he was expecting it on a plate. Whereas Sagbo looked really up for it, chased everything, managed to hold the ball up well...and get a red card in the process <steam>

Out of the two, I preferred Sagbo to play that central striker role, however after yesterday I'm looking forward to seeing him keep his place in the team vs Cardiff.
