Musty, Perhaps because you and uplands were also temporarily banned. Dilli, there is a difference between commenting about an institution and marking a person out for abuse. You believe JH to be a liar but cannot prove he is not lieing in this instance. Maybe a cry wolf scenario but the temp bans were issued due to the fact it was commenting on a thread from another forum, the root content and at the time JH was not actively posting and had toned down his comments. So let common sense prevail shall we, all those temp bans have since been lifted and are in the past, yes I will support my own and you may feel aggrieved if you think I have been harsh but I believe my actions since have proven I can take a more balanced view, not perfect but more balanced.
Not entirely sure if all that is correct Taff, you banned me a for joke and labelled it as libel... Yet I didn't actually accuse anybody of anything. A thread was created about what someone would ask a footballer, I wrote "Dave Jones, how old did you really think she was?" That is not libel.
For asking a question? They wouldn't get passed the first letter, although they wouldn't even write it because of that reason. Be honest, the ban requests were because your guys cannot take a joke about former managers and are gunning for every jack
I am not qualified to comment on the legalities but given the case was thrown out your comment could be deemed libellous and certainly in poor taste. I have just requested the ban be lifted, now do't be so naughty.
