    I do find it difficult to see where the rissole stops and the chips begin - and there's no gravy, you don't use gravy?

    Traditional Danish Brown Gravy - courtesy of Google translate

    2.5 tbsp

    wheat flour

    2.5 tbsp

    butter

    5 dl

    fund, broth, milk or half milk, half broth

    salt and pepper

    suit

    How?

    1 The butter is melted in a saucepan and stir in the flour little by little.
    2When all the butter is absorbed into the flour, add the liquid in little by little, stirring constantly.
    3After all the liquid has come in, the stirring is continued, while it is boiling put through for five minutes.
    4 Add salt and pepper and add a little gravy suit, stirring, until the desired tan is achieved.
