Alas, if he never plays we'll never know if he's good enough. Which is what we're discussing. Try and keep up.
With Hart flying out, he should have just taken it round him, then an empty net. Though easier said than done.
We aren't under the radar this season for sure. Soccer Saturday pundits on Sky are behind us, as are the Beeb! It's nice to be spoken about positively I guess. Even Jamie Redknapp complimented us on Saturday Night Football.
YES like................ how many more matches are you gonna give boring ****, before you give him the ole tin tack? in case you didn't know.. Robbie Ibleachmyroots Savage NEVER has anything nice to say about us, I'd have thought you'd have known that seeing as you are such an avid visitor to our boards.
Depends how the season goes. We're very much a long term project at the moment with one of the youngest sides in the football league. Our players can only get better and if we have a decent season (i'd say top 8 would be decent) then he'll stay. If we fall to bits and start losing like we did at the back end of last season then he won't see Christmas with us.
I agree but I think we need both. We would have been better going for Bent on loan and only having to pay his wages for a year while we made sure we stayed up.
We seem to have problems with our defensive walls. Against Chelsea the wall broke (or we let Chelsea split it) and against Manchester City we need tall players in the wall when the kick is taken from a dangerous position (ie no Livermore). Conceding two goals from free kicks in three games is not good enough.
Never mind all the squabbling (says me!). Here's a view: http://hereisthecity.com/2013/09/01...ad-into-citys-poor-performance-against-hull/?
