I think your being a bit harsh on your team Taff, Cardiff don't look a million miles away from being decent at this level , the swans really struggle against teams that press well and while you maybe pressing the ball a lot more than you would like it does put the other team out of their rythem . Cardiff also had chances to score and while its at 0=0 you always have a chance. Didn't think that much of Medal though, for £10m quid he didn't seem to stand out in his midfield role, gunnerson and the Korean lad looked better . That was the first game I watched him closely though and of course its early days
It a honeymoon period for cardiff just like nearly all promoted sides get. the ref will look after promoted sides in the early stages but it always comes to an end and the reality of the premiership kicks in...
Medel has impressed me as he has been very low profile and got on with his job, I think he also brings out the best in Gunnarson. I don't think we have seen the best of him as he's only been with the team since 2 days before the first game. Kim will run all day and hasn't had a run of games with the team until this season. He is quality and will improve, I thought he held onto the ball a little too long at times and I thought he picked the wrong pass at time. Overall today was about sticking to the game plan and avoid defeat. I think this formation is all well and good which will keep us in the premier league but it will be a long hard season.
For £10m quid you expect a bit more though surely ? he was practically invisible apart from when he gave away penalties or free kicks .

Lib, I have never said anything different and most on the Cardiff board have a similar opinion, I would suggest your questions on your thread led to the responses you received. If I replace Cardiff with Swansea and posted it on your board what response would I get? I would hardly say 4 posters is an attack from all quarters although singulary the would make a quarter of the four posters who responded negatively.
