    Exactly.

    We have been dreadful today

It's embarrassing more than anything to get beat off a team like this

We have to consider ourselves relegation candidates judging by the first few performances

I completely disagree. Don't blame the goalkeeper at all for letting that in

I think this match confirms Wickham and Ji need to be moved on asap. Connor does well as an impact sub, but hes pish poor the full 90 mins!
I really hope them Sow rumours are true.

    Wasn't harsh at all.

It was a foul that stopped the player a goalscoring opportunity

    Referee had no option

I'm not blaming the keeper of anything. I suggest it was a poor attempt to save the penalty though. Do you think it was good keeping?

I've seen comments of this very forum since the MK Dons games where people have said looks like Wickham has come of age. What? Because he got a couple of goals, one and absolute fluke, against a league 1 club. Come on. I was at the MK Dons game and any of the friends i was there with will tell you i was saying he's still a ****e footballer despite getting a brace. He's slow, clumbsy, ponderous, has a poor touch etc etc. I don't care if he scores 15 goals this season, he'll stilll be a **** footballer.

I think it was a deceptively good penalty. Very, very difficult to save

Okay then so that's CBs as well as everywhere else on the pitch that needs strengthening, poor game today from us we have to get our season rolling soon or we could be cut adrift at the bottom by the end of these next few weeks.
Sunderland never fails to piss me off just when I'm feeling good about them never mind off out now to drown the sorrows, night all. <cheers>

I think it was a very poor attempt to save it bearing in mind his body was above the ball. I don't like the way a keeper lets a low level shot underneath the body. That was certainly a saveable situation IMO. The defending that led to the penalty was even worse.

nah, he wasn't blaming westwood for penalty, just that he should have saved it. I disagree mind, as i've said a very difficult penalty to save that one
