I hope you are right. I wasn't aware that he had fitness concerns except for coming off at halftime v Sunderland.
Chambers had his hands down, in front of him, and the ball hit his arm in front of his body on a header back across goal. One of those "you see them given...." that really shouldn't be, in my opinion. Turner's looked to be simply instinct...he was closing down, and raised his hands in front of his face so as to keep his features in one piece. Struck both arms, and while it wasn't deliberate, it's hard to see how it wasn't a penalty.
Was thinking this too - I just don't think he's playing too well (due to fitness) rather than any major tactical issue.
Yeah, I'm not sure how Wanyama could really damage Schneiderlin's performance that much - Schneiderlin's main strength is off the ball, and Wanyama isn't forcing him away from winning the ball other than when he wins it himself.
