Looked like Elmo gave up completely on the idea of marking him. He needs to give Chester more cover than that when a ball comes over to the far post.
 
The first mistake all game (defensively) and it's cost us. Elmo and Chester needed to be tighter there... Oh well. We can't knock the lads for their effort. We didn't expect anything at all, it would have been a bonus to get something from the Etihad.

We've come, proved we're dangerous and solid. Satisfied IMO.

City fans chanting, "Champions League, you're having a laugh" <laugh>
 
Was that Man City fans singing "Championship, you're having a laugh" or Hull City fans singing "Champions League, you're having a laugh"?


Sounded like the former.

I can't help but feel we might lose our attacking edge now Aluko's off. We may settle for damage limitation now.
