Whats better,a competition for champions won by champions or a competition played for by non champions under the false banner of the champions league? If Uefa in a few years change the name to the continental knockout league or whatever and and change the format again will your 2 CL titles be as important and prestigious as you think our 4 EC's are?
Yours are all as important as each others as are ours. The importance remains the same. The difficulty has increased. Being champions of a micky mouse league and getting in the champions league is worse than finishing second, third or fourth in one of the top leagues in world football. Simple as that. So we all agree due to the increased competition and increased level of teams playing the CL is harder to win than the EC. This does not lessen EC wins one bit mind.
The difference is that the richest and biggest clubs in europe that were'nt good enough to win their domestic title's held uefa to ransom because they wanted a slice of the money the governing body were raking in. Thats the only reason the CL came into existance. £££££££££££££££££££££££££££'s
I don't get why he's so obsessed with 1992 onwards, and yet has '19' in his name. They haven't won 19 titles since 1992, which is (apparently) when football began.

I mean its easier to qualify for as you dont have to win the league but by allowing better teams in it becomes harder to win. Unless of course you truely believe the Champions of Ireland, Luxembourg, Andorra and other major footballing nations make for a higher level of competition. I say it again. Liverpool haven't won more because our team isn't as dominant as it was. Hence we haven't won the league either. And it depends who you are as to how hard it is now. Barcelona might tell you it's a lot easier now, since they've won 3 in the last decade. So no, it's NOT 'only Liverpool fans' at all.
Using 1 result means nothing. When i looked back at your EC campaigns you were knocked out by some real strange teams over the years. Means nothing. Cup upsets do happen you know. Northampton, Barnsley, Southend, York, Man City. Clubs that have caused cup upsets over both our clubs in the past.
