I think we will see a couple of new faces before the window closes and i would prefer a good defender first not a striker. i hope both but we really need to shore up our defence first...
I agree with you Dai,but time is running out. I'm hopeful that the donkey work of finding players has already been done,and that we will hear something positive before Monday.

Maybe Ki is pissed off with playing out of position in practically every game he's played for us - or maybe he's miffed because a player who isn't as good as him is taking his place. Wouldn't blame him if he ****ed off to be honest.
I like Ki but if Laudrup prefers JDG that's cool with me. He's actually a very good player. I bet that he improves with game time and having fully recovered from his recent concussion after the International break. It's my opinion that he will turn this around and contribute with both goals and assists this season. Time will tell.

With Spurs buying all these midfielders and Ki on his way to Sunderland, maybe we should go for Gylfi on a loan deal.
So,ML says a striker will be signed tomorrow. Any ideas as to who it is? Odemwinge perhaps,since his name has been mentioned a lot recently. Will it be a loan signing,he wasn't clear as to what type of signing it would be? The suspense is killing.
