Knowing AVB, I doubt they would play anyway. Too much to be on the wavelength of team mates after one training session. Holtby and Townsend deserve another game at least and in the very short term they will be more effective anyway.
Agree James,. I'd also add that - there are things that are more important than those things you get to see actually. I'm also not bothered., at present.
How brilliant is it that a squad member can consider he has done well if he actually makes the bench! There will be a few players that many PL teams would be glad to have starting that won't make our bench now.
I think we might have been sold a duff model here, looks like Vlad's right leg is on the wrong way round. http://t.co/9lhVSnec4g
I wouldn't have dared post this when Bale was popular but I consider Lamela to be better than he is and I mean that.
I'm confident none of the 'three new amigos' will start on Sunday. Even against Norwich I'd only expect one of Lamela or Eriksen to start, AVB rarely chucks new players in straight away. Don't I know from Hugo
Adebayor on his way? http://www.premiershiptalk.com/2013...aign=Feed: PremiershipTalk (Premiership Talk)
Just saying mate, lets watch players in action for 90 minutes before we get carried away, as I bet if I go on youtune and watch Willian and Lamela, I could say "WOW, world class" but I expect on this forum most have never watched the players (apart from the odd game), as not many watch italian football and who watches Russian football? LOL
Oh I hope so. If he goes on Tuesday, that would be the cherry on the icing of what has turned out to be a pretty productive transfer window (whether you agree on the sale of Bale or not). Send him packing to Germany Levy, please!
