Your club did something wrong. I wouldn't try to claim the moral high ground, if I were you. Over the years, I have seen and heard enough whinging articles, speeches, posts from scousers complaining (some with justification) how disrespectful some fans have been. To now without any thought before a Scousers-champions match at Anfield, to make or endorse these mocking posts by fans is just unforgivable. Your club quite rightly had to humiliatingly apologise for the crass behaviour. Let's see whether the club really investigates and really takes action against that piece of ****. PS: After all, it is not as if your club's judgement has been good over the years. Every club has scumbags following them. What surprised me was that it was an employee in control of the official LFC twitter account who sank to these depths. Surprising to a certain degree that someone who surely values their own club which has experienced their fair share of misery thinks such a thing, but what really shocked me was that they had the audacity to publish it on line. What they didn't think it wouldn't be noticed? As Dirtyfrank says, the club have apologised. Now let them deal with the knob.
