That is certainly one way of looking at it.

Strange how it hardly ever gets mentioned, and when it does there are denials on all sides.

Isn't it time we rebranded 'Ull? We all know that the silent H is superfluous. It's also common with places many towns and cities across the globe employing it. A name beginning with U is more distinctive and will improve our global image.

We don't need it. Kick out the H.

Not me, it's been known as that for some time.

While we're about it, how about having an annual event for the princess of Princess Ave, with floats and everything?

    Topless, obviously.

Whether you changed the name or not, it would still be know and referred to as Chant Ave or Chants by most people. A bit like Rainers on Hessle road, I never heard any one call it Star's and Garter, once a name sticks it sticks for a long time.

To have a topless parade on Prinny ave would get my vote, as long as it was female that is...

Sarah Beeney could present the coverage. But only if she agrees to get into the spirit of things.

But that doesn't work, so for the purposes of getting a topless parade, it's now Princess Ave. <ok>

I can't see many interested in the similar parade along Ghandi's Passage (formerly George's Yard)
