I only have a couple of different names I use, otherwise its pretty much just their first or last names. I'm not that creative when it comes to names! The only one I use which I haven't seen anyone else mention is calling Massa - Phil. I heard Bob Varsha use it before (I think) and for some reason that one stuck!
Oh man, I totally forgot about that! It more makes me a bit sad though because I'm realizing my forgetfulness is stemming from the fact that he's been gone for so long.
