    Watched The Conjuring tonight, very good horror flick. Surprising as it's directed by the guy who did Saw, but it's more focussed on the human elements than the gore.

    Also a plug for Phoneshop on Ch 4, frickin hilarity.

    Thought Insidious was a bit of a dud to be honest, the first third/half of it was interesting then it just got really hokey like they'd decided to set Saw in another dimension. The Conjuring is the superior film for me, better plot and tone and far more unsettling.

    Still get a few chills at the endings of both films. Great soundtracks.

    I watched 2 the other day and that was **** the first one was ok but I don't get this type of film.
