Sturridge, Aspas, Borini, Suarez, Coutinho, Sterling and Ibe gives us plenty of options regardless of what happens in the final few days. Any one coming in is a bonus. Gerrard, Lucas, Henderson, Allen, Alberto. Again, not the worst midfield when all are fit and available. It's only really our defence that needs reinforcing, and I suspect we will bring in a CB or two and sort it. Certainly is looking better than last year.
Almost out. 19.7 bid apparently... Lefty as well.
Only if you took it as the gospel truth. As RHC usually says, the information he gets from his mate is directly from the club so it is what BR and Ayre see happening. However, things don't always go to plan. Me, I stick to "until its announced on the Liverpool website"
Right, less talking, more ****e twitter sources. @RiseOfTheKop: #LFC are close to agreeing a deal with Sporting Lisbon for Tiago Ilori. #LFC have offered a fee of €7million plus bonuses. (Duncan Castles)
Sánto ‏@Zizouology 18s Mamadou Sakho is ready to join Liverpool. Now he is waiting for the agreements between clubs [@FabRomano21]
Well as stated I have my grump/negativity on match day then go all positive again. So, I have been happy with the signings we've made so far based on my view that they are what we can aim for in our current position. They're all young & promising so let's see how good a coach BR & his staff are & hopefully they all turn into greats. Won't be listening to any talk from the club about hopes or "targets" unless I see them in a photo shaking hands and leaning on something. I will assume the business has been done and its year two in the 5 I think it'll take. Nothing has changed in who I thought would be favourites on paper to end above us at end of year but obviously hoping as usual that on paper rarely turns out in reality.... Let's go top of the table on Sunday!
If the latest Spuds reports are true, then I think they've probably gone and bought a few too many new players. Three or four top quality players for Bale would be huge for them. Six, seven or eight new first team starters and you're asking for problems trying to bed them all in this late and to try avoid unsettling them by not getting regular starts.
there is no question in my mind that there are going to be big losers in the player pool now at spurs. as much as they say oh you need them to truely compete for cl/europa... and they are right... the reality is they will have to be selling on a few guys over the next while. it's like this not all thats arrived will play, sigurdsson looks to be out, dembele might bench warm... who knows. in the end... yeah unless ayre is there bic pen in hand or the player is picutred leaning on random items chances are the guy won't sign
